Gardai are appealing for witnesses to the Kilkenny incident

Gardai are appealing to the public for assistance following a burglary in Castlecomer in recent days.

The incident happened in Cloneen, Castlecomer between 7pm on October 23 and 7am on October 24.

The house was entered by breaking a window in the back door. The damage was caused during burglary but there was no confirmation of the property taken.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone who saw suspicious vehicles or people in the Clogh area on the evening or overnight of October 23.

The Guard at Castlecomer are investigating and anyone with information is asked to contact them.
