McCormick advocates for charter schools, vouchers at the Harrisburg church that hosted Vance

Republican candidate for Senate Dave McCormick appeared in Harrisburg Thursday night in support of a network affiliated with charter schools — one that’s also backed by the GOP’s top political donor.

With just four days until the Nov. 5 election, McCormick — the Republican candidate for one of Pennsylvania’s US Senate seats — was invited to a town hall-style event hosted by Black Pastors United for Education (BPUE), which facilitates a school. at The Rock Church in Harrisburg, where the event was held.
