Attorneys settle civil case against former Decatur doctor Michael Dick

DECATUR, Ala. (Waffle) – Attorneys have reached a settlement in the civil case against a former Decatur doctor accused of groping patients.

Earlier this year, Dr. Michael Dick was cleared of criminal charges. But the civil suit on the charges was recently settled.

Attorney Eric Artrip told WAFF that the 29 women who came forward with these allegations will receive a portion of the undisclosed settlement agreement.

Dr. Dick is fighting to get his medical license back.
