Endicott officials lock down ‘chaos’ property on South Loder Avenue

ENDICOTT (WBNG) — A property in the village of Endicott was officially “closed” Friday after months of problems.

That’s according to Endicott Mayor Nick Burlingame. The mayor thanked the Endicott Board of Trustees for its actions to secure and lock up the property at 108 S. Loder Ave. down.

A foreclosure indicates that the property is no longer in the hands of its previous residents.

“These extreme legal actions against a property are always our last option,” Burlingame said. “However, my administration will not tolerate chaos and disorder. We are committed to cleaning up our village.”

The Endicott Police Department said the trial began in May. Village officials said the property has been plagued by alleged drug use, a dog attack and people shot with BB guns.
