AA Business Services helps fleets leverage data and technology

AA Business Services offers businesses a strategic roadmap on how to leverage data and technology in the evolving mobility environment.

He published his latest thought leadership article, a ‘yellow’ paper. Leading the Future: How Data and Connectivity Can Help Provide Certainty for Businesses and Their Drivers.

It highlights how fleet managers, particularly those managing light commercial vehicle (LCV) fleets in an increasingly disruptive mobility environment, are increasingly relying on connected vehicle technology to optimize fleet performance and efficiency.

“Businesses are looking for certainty in an age where the only constant is change,” said AA Business Services director James Starling.

“Our yellow paper dives into the risk factors affecting fleets and examines how connected technologies can help streamline the path forward.”

The launch coincides with the launch of two new products designed to ease the burden of fleet management: the Vixa-powered vehicle health tool and Halo Insights from AA X.

The recently launched vehicle health and diagnostic tool leverages AA’s data to predict failure and recommend specific fixes to vehicle problems as they arise, to minimize downtime.

Halo Insights, meanwhile, developed by Drivetech, is a fleet data collection platform that brings together data on telematics, fuel, accidents and costs, giving fleet managers an overview to optimize performance.

Starling continued: “With the launch of Fleet Vehicle Health and Halo Insights, we are equipping businesses with the tools they need to prevent disruptions and improve management of their fleets.

“Data and connectivity are revolutionizing the way fleets operate, and we are proud to be at the forefront of this transformation.”

AA Business Services provides breakdown solutions to suit any fleet size, vehicle type or operational requirement.
