Kelsey Anderson Reacts to Fiancé Joey Graziadei Dedicating Upcoming ‘DWTS’ Performance to Her

Joey Graziadeithe next performance of Dancing with the stars he will feel more sentimental with his fiancee Kelsey Anderson.

Earlier this week, Dancing with the stars revealed that next week’s episode will honor people who hold a special place in the contestants’ hearts. Graziadei, 29, selected Anderson as his special someone. The Baccalaureate alum and his partner, Jenna Johnsonthey are going to dance a Viennese waltz Teddy Swimssong “Losing Control”.

Anderson and Graziadei met in season 28 of The Baccalaureate. During the season finale, which aired in March, he proposed to Anderson, and the rest is history.

As the competition progresses, so has Graziadei. He has been neck and neck with another competitor Chandler Kinney for the top of the leaderboard.

For Anderson, watching Graziadei embark on her dance journey has been an exciting experience. “I get more nervous than him for sure, but it’s really exciting,” he said. “It’s so amazing to see all the work he’s doing and how everyone is rooting for him. He’s doing amazing and it’s overwhelming.”

Graziadei, for his part, confessed that as he progresses in the competition, the level of difficulty increases, but he is still having a great time.

“Every week it’s harder. I think it gets a little bit worse as it goes on, but I’m honestly getting over it,” he said. we on Thursday “I’m enjoying it. I’m just trying to take it day by day. But it’s been a lot of fun.”

Graziadei added that the cherry on top for him is having the “support” of Anderson. Anderson has been in the audience cheering on her fiance in the ballroom.

When Graziadei learned she was joining the cast, Johnson, 30, made sure Anderson felt included throughout the process. Anderson shared that Johnson went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable with everything.

“We had a private dinner with Jenna and (her husband) value (Chmerkovskiy) and just her opening, saying, ‘Do you have any questions? We just want you to feel really comfortable,'” Anderson reflected. “She’s like, ‘I know you’re not in practice at all and you’re totally involved,’ but she said : ‘We want you to feel involved'”.

Anderson has accepted Johnson’s offer as she sends the pro dancer ideas for her routines via a group chat.

While Graziadei competes DWTS season 33, wedding planning has taken a back seat as the former tennis coach focuses on dancing. However, the couple is planning to take their time while they focus on taking baby steps.

“I think right now our goal is to get through this dance. Get settled in where we’re going to live next,” Graziadei said. “And then it’s going to be figuring out a date, figuring out the location, cleaning it all up a little bit.”
