Bloody woman known for ‘casting spells’ arrested by cops who find cooked human body parts at her home

A Kentucky woman was arrested after police found partially cooked dismembered body parts in her home.

The gruesome discovery was made by a man who had been hired to work at Trudy Fields’ home in Mount Olivet on Wednesday.

When the worker arrived at the property, he was unable to find the owner, but later found a dismembered body in the backyard, authorities said. At first, she thought the remains were Fields and called the Kentucky State Police.

Officers went to the property and found a woman’s body on a blood-stained mattress. Officers then saw a second blood-stained mattress that had been dragged toward the back of the house, according to the Louisville Courier Journalciting an incident report.

After discovering another woman inside the home, officers attempted to speak with her, but she allegedly refused to acknowledge them or allow them entry, forcing them to obtain search warrants.

“Units responded and found a deceased female in the backyard,” KSP Trooper David Jones said in an arrest summons. “He tried to contact someone in the house. The house was locked down. They backed off, set up a perimeter. We had other units respond. He ended up getting a search warrant for the residence.”

At approximately 11 p.m., members of the KSP Special Response Team found Fields, 32, alone in the home. Police gave him multiple commands to leave his home, but Fields allegedly refused to comply, according to an arrest document.

Eventually, SRT members were forced to remove Fields from his home, but reportedly did so without incident. After arresting her, officers discovered that body parts had been removed outside and were stuffed into a folded mattress.

When the troopers finally arrested Fields, he had blood on his face, hands and clothes. They entered his home and found a stainless steel pot containing body parts that appeared to have been cooked in an oven. The soldiers noted in their findings that the pot was hot to the touch.

Police have not publicly identified the remains.

The construction worker who discovered the body told officers that Fields had been on the property during one of his previous visits and had been “casting spells and being confrontational” at them.

Fields has been charged with obstructing government operations, tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a corpse, and may face additional charges related to the incident. She is currently being held at the Bourbon County Detention Center. His arraignment is scheduled for Monday.
