After a three-hour podcast interview with Joe Rogan, Trump is expected to begin his rally in Traverse City, Michigan at 10:00 PM ET — three hours after he was scheduled to take the stage.

As several hundred supporters spilled out of the airport hangar, Trump appeared on the Jumbotron to notify the crowd of his delay.

“Traverse City, I’m not going to be there for a little while. I’m filming Joe Rogan,” Trump said.

He continued: “It’s Friday night so we can sit and do a special thing when we get there… It’s all about winning and we’ve had to spend some extra time with some people and a lot of people actually but we’re going to do a special performance and we’re going to be there and I think you’re going to see the plane land and the whole thing.”

Trump ended his message by thanking his supporters for sticking around.

Many attendees gave up on the former president and went home early.
