OU Fraternity temporarily suspended following hazing allegations

A fraternity on the University of Oklahoma campus has been temporarily suspended following allegations of hazing, according to the university.

The university said the suspension of OU’s FIJI chapter of Phi Gamma Delta follows allegations of misconduct since September.

“The OU Office of Student Conduct and Phi Gamma Delta International Headquarters have temporarily suspended the operations of the OU FIJI Chapter due to allegations of misconduct and hazing effective September 2024,” he said Kesha Keith, director of strategic initiatives for Student Affairs.

Keith said the chapter is currently in the university’s conduct process.
