Using BluSmart taxis for 2 years – why I am satisfied with their services

They have a loading yard about 2km from my house so being on time is not a concern either.

I have been using BluSmart regularly for the past 2 years or so, initially its area of ​​operation was limited. However, I guess that’s largely resolved now.

For going to the airport – the best option for me, they have a cargo yard about 2 km from my house, so getting there on time is not a concern either. It costs around Rs 1200 to the airport. For the same distance, Uber charges around Rs 1,000 and airport taxis charge around Rs 1,500

To drive around the city – Difficult to get taxis due to slot system and no spot booking. However, for pre-planned trips, I book through them as I don’t have to worry about cancellations or wasting time right before the trip wondering when I’m going to get taxis.

For Airport to City: For domestic flights, it can be booked based on the time the flight actually starts from the city of origin. I follow the timing of the time slot about 30 minutes after the flight’s landing time (depending on the boarding time of the flight that happened at the origin, as this will give a fairly correct estimate) For international , I’ve tried a few times with no luck. The earliest slots were available only about two hours after the time I was checking.

Overall, my experience with them has been good. The cleaning has been mostly good, the interiors will have dust and grime, but the overall vehicle has always been clean, except for one instance where I noticed the door panel had what looked like vomit stains on it yesterday night

Vehicle conditions and driver behavior are also miles ahead of average Uber/Ola experiences.

However, few complaints were mentioned in my apartment group recently. One of a pre-booked car that arrived late – about 20 minutes late for an airport drop off, causing some anxiety. Another was that of a car that in the middle of the journey mentioned that the battery had died and it had to end the journey. Other than these, I haven’t heard any negative reviews about them.
