CBSE 10th and 12th Board Exam 2025 – Subject Marks Details

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the subject-wise distribution of marks for classes 10th and 12th for the academic year 2024-25. Students who are preparing for the exam can check the subject-wise mark distribution on the official website of CBSE, cbse.gov.in.

Along with the distribution of subject marks for CBSE 10th and 12th exams, the board has announced the practical and assessment dates. According to the information shared by the board, CBSE 10th and 12th board practical exams will be conducted from January 1 to 15.

The maximum score assigned to each subject is 100 (one hundred) with a distribution of marks between the theory, practice, project and AI components. Candidates can check the subject-wise mark distribution details from the list provided below.

The board has instructed all educational centers to upload the grades correctly on the web portal, stressing that the grades once uploaded will not be changed.
