Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run in Cumberland County

The search is on for a driver who fatally struck a 21-year-old woman in Cumberland County and, police say, drove off.

MILLVILLE, NJ – A fatal hit-and-run in Cumberland County and the search for the driver is underway.

Millville police say 21-year-old Caroline Bump was hit by the driver of a silver Infinity G-35 shortly after 11 p.m. Monday near Glenside Road.

Investigators say they are interested in speaking with Breanna Rowley, 22, of Vineland.

They are also still looking for the car involved. There is believed to be damage to the driver’s side headlight, windshield and front bumper.
