Search warrant executed on property of CEO of Cleveland Housing Management Company

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A search warrant was executed Wednesday at a property owned by the CEO of Millennia, attorneys confirm.

In a statement from Marisa T. Darden with Bensch Law, the attorney wrote that members of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and the US Department of Agriculture executed a search warrant at a property owned by Frank Sinito.

Darden added Millennia Housing Development and Mr. Sinito are collaborating with the investigation.

Frank Sinito is CEO of Cleveland-based Millennia Housing Development.

A letter sent to Sinito by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in 2024 describes the five-year ban issued to Millennia Housing Development, barring them from doing business with any federal agency.
