Grammy-winning artist cancels performance after ‘medical emergency’ leaves her hospitalized

Cardi B, real name Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, has canceled an upcoming performance after revealing she has been hospitalized in recent days.

The 32-year-old rapper took to social media on Wednesday to reveal he had suffered a “medical emergency” which meant he had to cancel an upcoming performance.

“I am very sad to share this news, but I have been in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency for the past few days and will not be able to perform at ONE MusicFest.”

“It breaks my heart that I won’t be able to see my fans this weekend and I really wish I could be there.

‘Bardi Gang – Thanks for understanding and I’ll be back better and stronger soon. don’t worry i love everyone – Cardi,’ she said in the candid post.

The artist, who won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album in 2019, has experienced some medical problems in recent months, which has only fueled the concern of loyal fans.

In August, the rapper revealed that she was “literally paralyzed” in a freak accident that nearly caused her to miscarry.

In a message on an X-spaces chat, the musician revealed: “I had a freak accident. That’s what I have to explain, I don’t know how something; well, it wasn’t little, in fact it made me bad

“It actually doesn’t happen often, but it got so big to the point where I was literally paralyzed. And that little thing almost cost me my little one to come. But it didn’t.

She revealed that she fell down a flight of stairs which left her ticked. He had to remain on bed rest and was given morphine to help with the pain.

In September, the rap star gave birth to her third child. The artist is also mother to daughter Kulture and son Wave and shared pictures of her children with their siblings in celebration of the birth.

She also shared sweet pictures of her daughter bonding with her father, Cardi’s former partner Offset.

Offset and Cardi have been going through divorce proceedings for some time and have been in an on-again, off-again relationship for several years.
