Tim Walz was asked to say something nice about Donald Trump and the internet is loving his response

Tim Walz has been making his presence known on the campaign trail and recently found himself sitting down for an interview with the women of The View

During the interview, co-host Sara Haines presented the governor with quick questions to elicit his response. One of them was, “My advice to JD Vance is?”

Walz replied, “Just go in and order the chocolate donut and don’t add anything else.”

Haines then moved on to the next topic. “My first thought about Arnold Palmer is?”

Walz didn’t take the joke route that time, saying, “I’m going through this one,” as the other co-hosts and the audience laughed.

Haines then said, “One good thing about Donald Trump is?”

“He’s not going to be president again,” Walz said as the crowd cheered.

After a few more questions, the women gave him a new flannel shirt, the Midwestern man’s signature piece of clothing, and sent him on his way.

Social media loved the governor’s response to Trump’s question. This person said: “Tim Walz is sharp and delivers zingers. Gotta love his authenticity unlike Vance.”
