Pulisic scores directly from a corner in AC Milan’s Champions League match

MILAN (AP) – Christian Pulisic scored directly from a corner to put AC Milan up 1-0 over Club Brugge in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Pulisic surprised everyone when he launched a shot from the left corner flag in the 34th minute.

The US international raised his arms and smiled widely before being hugged by his team-mates as he laughed in disbelief.

Pulisic has scored seven goals this season for Milan in a strong start to the campaign. He has also weighed in with several assists.

If Milan beat Brugge, it would be the Rossoneri’s first Champions League points of the campaign defeats at Liverpool – when Pulisic also scored — and Bayer Leverkusen.
