Early voting hours extended to Saturday – WRBI Radio

(Southeast IN) – Early in-person voting for the November 5th general election will be extended to Saturday hours this week.

In Ripley County, you can vote early in the polling room on the second floor of the courthouse annex Monday through Friday from 8 to 4. Saturday hours will be added on October 26 at the Sunman American Legion Post and Nov. 2 at Shelby Christian Church in Versailles. , along with the Annex from 9 to 4 on those Saturdays.

In Franklin County, you can vote early at the county clerk’s office from 8:30 a.m. to 4 business days. The county will add Saturday voting hours on Oct. 26 and Nov. 2, available at the clerk’s office, Ignite Church (formerly Church on Fire) in Batesville and the Volunteer Fire Department in New Trenton 8-3 both Saturdays. Voting hours at the Secretariat will be extended on Tuesday, October 29 and Thursday, October 31 until 6:30 p.m.

In Decatur County, early voting is available at the County Annex Building (the former Washington School) from 8 to 4 Monday through Friday. Saturday hours will be added at the Annex and Greensburg/Decatur County Public Library on October 26, and on November 2 at the Annex and Westport Community Building from 8 to 3 these Saturdays

In Dearborn County, in-person early voting is being held on the second floor of the administration building weekdays from 9 to 4. The county will add Saturday hours on Oct. 26 and Nov. 2, available at both Dearborn Hills Church in Bright and Aurora. Fire Station, together with the Administration Building, from 9 to 4 on both Saturdays.

Early voting ends at noon on Monday, November 4.

On Election Day, November 5, you can vote at polling stations in the four counties from 6 am to 6 pm. There are nine polling places in Ripley County; five in Franklin County; 11 in Decatur County and 12 in Dearborn County.
