Nithya Menen: Revealing the Iceberg in Hindi Cinema

Celebrated for her versatile roles in various Indian film industries, actor Nithya Menen believes that her journey in Hindi cinema has only just begun. He expressed keen interest in collaborating with directors like Vikramaditya Motwane, whose film ‘Lootera’ remains his favourite.

Menen, a polyglot who speaks six languages, aims to work on projects that transcend regional barriers, hoping to find filmmakers who can make the most of their potential. Her recent win at the National Film Awards for her role in ‘Thiruchitrambalam’ has strengthened her conviction in her chosen path.

Despite criticism for his selective approach, Menen maintains that his decisions stem from integrity rather than arrogance. She will be seen in the romantic comedy ‘Kadhalikka Neramillai’ opposite Jayam Ravi.
