Russia is conducting offensive operations along the entire front line, Putin says – Russian Politics & Diplomacy

MOSCOW, October 25. /TASS/. Russian forces are conducting offensive operations in all front-line areas, President Vladimir Putin said Friday in an interview with Rossiya-1 television’s “60 Minutes” program.

“You said offensive operations were in progress along the entire line of engagement. Yes, it is true, with somewhat greater or lesser intensity. Let’s say it unfolds with less intensity in the direction of Kherson and the front line is stable there, although there are some shifts there as well. All exchanges take place in favor of the Russian army,” the head of state said.

The center of the Russian Battle Group “acts quite confidently and effectively in all directions”, Putin emphasized.

“In the southern and eastern battle groups, the guys are fighting very well, gaining experience and skills in using modern equipment and quickly reacting to the use of the same equipment by the enemy,” said the Russian leader, describing the situation on the front line.

The accumulated experience and growing potential of Russia’s defense industry, including innovations developed by individuals on their own initiative, also facilitate the successful advance of Russian troops. Synchronized operations of all military branches of the Russian Armed Forces are another success factor contributing to the advance of the troops, he added.
