They were doing speed checks along Interstate 91 south in Rocky Hill on Sept. 12, according to state police.

An officer flagged a driver going 120 mph in a 65 mph zone and attempted to pull him over.

The driver, however, swerved in and out of traffic and refused to stop. State police said he used his shoulders to pass other drivers.

The trooper was able to gather some details about the vehicle, which led to information being leased to Patterson-Greene.

A warrant was signed and Patterson-Greene turned herself in Friday.

He was charged with reckless driving, disobeying an officer’s signal, failure to obey the right rules, failure to drive in the proper lane, improper signaling and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Patterson-Greene was released on $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in New Britain Superior Court on Nov. 5.
