The Central Ontario Network of Specialty Health (COSH) has released two informational resources to support children, youth and adults struggling with mental health and addiction issues in our region.

Called Feelings Pathways, these guides are designed to increase access to mental health and addiction services and supports. By serving as the entry point to care, guides play a role in serving the population and relieving pressure on hospital emergency departments.

The development of these guides represents an enormous collaborative effort among regional service providers. The guides can be accessed from the 1door.ca website.
