How to make a Matchito

PREMIUM

Ingredients:

Tequila Jose Cuervo Silver 50 ml

20 ml of fresh lime juice

15 ml of matcha tea

1 glass of Angostura bitters

10 ml 400 Conejos mezcal (to float)

Garnish:

Dehydrated orange peel

Method:

Add the tequila, lime juice, matcha tea and Angostura bitters to a shaker filled with ice.

Shake well to combine.

Double strain into an old-fashioned glass over a block of ice.

Mezcal floats on top.

Garnish with a slice of dehydrated orange. Enjoy!
