Beyoncé will reportedly perform in Houston on Friday for a rally with Vice President Kamala Harris and U.S. Rep. Colin Allred, who is running against incumbent Republican Sen. Ted Cruz for the US Senate.

The star singer has not officially endorsed Harris, but has allowed the campaign to use her 2016 song “Freedom,” which features Kendrick Lamar and addresses themes of racism, police brutality and slavery.

However, her mother Tina Knowles immediately endorsed Harris for president after she announced her bid. Harris’ colleague Tim Walz was considered a certified Beyhive member. And last summer, Harris attended Beyoncé’s Renaissance concert just outside Washington after the superstar offered her tickets.

Beyoncé was also rumored to make a surprise appearance at the Democratic National Convention in August, but did not attend. Her song “TEXAS HOLD’EM” was selected during the second night’s DNC roll call, where each state and territory submitted a musical choice.

When and where is the rally?

According to the Harris campaign, the vice president will receive briefings and hold internal staff meetings before the rally. At 5:25 p.m., the Vice President will tape an interview with Brené Brown. She will later deliver remarks at 8:30 p.m. It is unclear whether Beyoncé will perform before or after Harris’ speech.

The location of the rally has not been disclosed.
