Aizawl, Oct 18 (PTI) Opposition MLAs from Mizoram and a student group on Friday blamed the Assam Rifles for stopping a minister’s car and convoy during routine inspections near Aizawl on Thursday.

State Power and Electricity Minister F Rodingliana claimed that the Assam Rifles personnel stopped his car and hulk on the outskirts of Aizawl, while he was returning home from Champhai on Thursday.
