Klarna Payment goes live in the Apple Pay app and online shopping

Klarna, the AI-powered global payments network and shopping assistant, is available to users making an Apple Pay purchase online and in apps for iPhones and iPads running iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 or later.

From now on, eligible Apple Pay users in the US and UK will have access to Klarna’s flexible payment offers, including paying back in three or four interest-free installments or over longer periods with APR from of 0%. Global expansion will continue, with a Canadian launch expected in the coming months.

Klarna’s Pay in 4 payment offer offers consumers 4 fixed refunds for purchases between $35 and $2,000, all without interest. Financing is available for items with more entries, with monthly repayments made over a longer period of time from 0% APR.

This new integration makes the world of flexible payment options even more accessible. Consumers can make purchases through Klarna directly from an iPhone or iPad, from the app or online with Apple Pay.

With this integration, users can enjoy all the privacy and security features they love about Apple Pay. As with all Apple Pay purchases, when a user pays with Klarna, Apple does not keep a record of a user’s transaction history.
