Christmas cookies have been a festive staple since London pastry chef Tom Smith patented his first designs in 1847. This year, we’re putting a new twist on the tradition, in partnership with the boutique craft salon of Covent Garden, Tea and Crafting, to offer a workshop. this is about creating your own custom set.

You’ll learn a foolproof method for rolling your own cookies, perfect for making more at home, year after year. No more spending money on cookies filled with gooey plastic toys. Make your own and fill them with the treats you really want. Be creative and make them truly yours.
