Patrick Mahomes reveals that Taylor Swift cooks with her 3-year-old daughter, Sterling

Sterling Mahomes has become Taylor Swift’s protégé in a different setting.

During an appearance on “The Drive” podcast on Tuesday, Patrick Mahomes revealed that his 3-year-old daughter has been spending a lot of time in the kitchen with Swift since she started dating teammate Travis Kelce over the summer past

“Sterling’s also a great baker, so sometimes they make some things together and I’m not going to say I don’t eat them,” the 29-year-old quarterback said.

The two-time NFL MVP shares toddler and one-year-old son Bronze with wife Brittany Mahomes, who has become one of Swift’s close friends.

While Patrick admitted the “Fortnight” singer hasn’t made “specifically” for him, he’s been lucky enough to try some of her “different treats, like cupcakes and doughnuts.”

Patrick noted that Swift’s culinary jams have lived up to expectations.

“It’s as good as everyone’s been talking about,” he said. “He’s great when it comes to baking.”

Although Swift has become known for her homemade Pop-Tarts, the NFL star admitted she’s “never” tried one of the pastries.

In February, Andy Reid, the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs, revealed that the hitmaker made Kelce and some of his teammates a special treat during the 2023 season.

“He likes to cook, so he made these homemade Pop-Tarts as an offensive lineman,” Reid revealed during a live stream.

The legendary coach said the kind gesture instantly won the team over, even if he didn’t get a chance to try one.

The 14-time Grammy winner also baked Kelce a sheet of cinnamon rolls, one of her favorite sweets, early in their romance.

“Taylor makes a great Pop-Tart and cinnamon,” the 35-year-old NFL star told reporters in June.

When the couple isn’t out to dinner with their A-list friends, they love to cook together and bond over home-cooked meals.

Kelce recently admitted that the superstar has opened his palate to other types of cuisine after years of being a “picky” eater.

During a recent episode of his “New Heights” podcast, the tight end told brother Jason Kelce that he was “starting to open up” to new foods.

“I know that. My girl Tay is opening you up,” said Jason, 36. “She’s introducing you to new foods and that’s been one of the biggest things I’ve loved about it.”

“She is,” the three-time Super Bowl champion agreed.

Some of her new favorites include Israeli cuisine and ‘light curry’. However, the “Grotesquerie” actor admitted that he still has a problem with textures and presentation.

“The more it gets thicker and looks like baby food or like baby shit, then I’m out,” he joked.
