Recently filed court documents say Dalton now faces a separate charge of domestic violence. The documents, filed Oct. 3, say Dalton grabbed a woman by the throat during an argument inside a West Fargo home. The woman told police she couldn’t breathe. Police noted that they saw red marks on the woman’s neck. Court records say a child inside the home is the one who called 911. Dalton told officers, however, that nothing physical happened between him and the woman. Dalton’s next court appearance on the domestic violence charge is Nov. 13.

North Dakota state court records also show that on Oct. 30, a warrant was filed for Dalton’s arrest for unlawful possession of a firearm.
