It wasn’t long after the mother-of-one began juggling family life alongside her career, admitting she’s “not sure” she’s dealing with burnout well.

Lottie shares a son, Wolf, with her husband Fabio and regularly shares information on all things motherhood.

After a recent Q&A (Q&A) on Instagram, a follower asked Lottie how she handles “mommy burnout.”

The RTE star admitted: “I’m not sure I’m dealing with it well.”

She said: “It happens to all of us – it’s not easy juggling a life, a family and a career, but scheduling a bit of alone time every now and then is so important.

“Even if it’s just an hour to get your nails done, go for a walk, read a book or take a dance class… you have to have that time for yourself.”
