In Manhattan court on Thursday, October 10, the judge denied Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ bail request for the third time. The embattled music mogul, 54, will remain in custody until his trial date of May 5, 2025.

Like numerous celebrities, Tyson’s name has been linked to the disgraced Bad Boy Records CEO following his arrest on racketeering and trafficking charges following their longtime friendship.

The 58-year-old retired heavyweight has been seen with Diddy at their renowned reunions on several occasions over the years. However, it is important to note that there is no evidence to suggest that he or any celebrity who attended Diddy’s previous parties engaged in any illegal activity.

When the Daily Mail informed him that his name had been linked with Diddy, he seemed surprised. “Wait, am I synonymous with Diddy? Well, that’s great,” Tyson replied. “I never knew.”

“I remember I used to have boxes when I was at my after parties and stuff. Also when they had parties,” Tyson said.

When Bet-David mentioned that “so many people in music and Hollywood were afraid of this guy ‘Diddy,’ like he was untouchable,” the boxer replied, “Oh Sugar Diddy.”
