2024 Women’s Physique Olympia results and awards: Sarah Villegas wins fourth title – Fitness Volt

Mr. The 2024 Olympia on October 11-12 in Las Vegas, Nevada saw the competitors gather at 6:00 pm on Friday evening inside the Resorts World Theater for the finals. After intense competition and numerous comparisons, Sarah Villegas captured her fourth Physique Olympia women’s title, tying the all-time record.

As in seasons past, the Women’s Physique candidates showcased dry conditioning, muscle separation and V-shaped shows on the marquee stage. Sarah Villegas was one to watch after securing her third Physique Olympia Women’s title in 2023. However, Natalia Abraham Coelho also looked rejuvenated and was determined to reclaim the title.

In the final, Sarah Villegas and Natalia Abraham Coelho were all business. Villegas’ massive, lean conditioning left an impression on the judges. His hamstring definition, back thickness and striated delts were also powerful weapons on stage.

However, Coelho once again moved closer to unbeatable forward positions thanks to improvements in his arms and deep abs. This was one of the tightest contests Day 1 saw Sarah Villegas ensure victory with Natalia Abraham Coelho taking runner-up. Sheronica Henton finished in third place.
